I think Soa is above any jedi/sith but Im not sure if he can take such a team. More info is required for this.

I'm leaning Soa though.

Team though Bane probably dies in the process

Team 2, Soa never did anything impressive and his statements about eating suns or whatever should be taken as a metaphor for his power, the Rakatan never showed a technology that can destroy entire star systems if Soa could really do that.
