Not trying to be a dick, but I have to ask why do some people use DC's "non-movie" success to defend their movies in a MOVIE forum?

Just sayin'.

Also, maxivitopowe, it's WB, not DC, who are making these movies.

I'm surprised they kept it down to four, though they are four big ones! (No jokes?)

DC doesn't name movies. This guy has some good points but hard to take him completely seriously when he can't even get a simple fact like that right.

That seems directed at my post, so, i can say i wasnt defending their movies, just saying they arent completely clueless, and practically the reverse of Marvel, who put out spectacular movies but who's cartoon and TV efforts are lacking.

I was just throwing DC their well deserved props.

Solid read but honestly the 4 reasons can be summed up as this

Dark Knight was a huge success so it colors the Wb's other superhero film, unfortunately the Nolanverse is such a dark color it really stands out.

I'll forgive MoS if DoJ has Superman call Superman out on it.
