At Heisei Godzilla most powerful had his very cells regrow a new body in a blackhole while bombarded with exploding stars. That's how. Space Godzilla was stated to been born in the movie.

Godzilla withstands Oxygen Destoyer that attacks you on the molecule scale. He also tanks and heals from these attacks while dying from too much internal power.
