Current Strange is phenomenally amped, I think. He's bargained away whatever remained of his soul.

Classic Strange would win too, imo.

Without prep, Phantom Stranger wins quite handily. He was taking it to the Spectre.

There's no point in this kind of match, if Strange has no prep. He's all about the mystical power-stacking.
