Yes he is. Kolar is more skilled than Zallow, Leneer, Darach, that featless Zabrak jedi, Satele, and Adraas. Malgus has never fought anyone like Kolar

Kolar is about as sexy as Satele

Kolar would annihilate Satele in a duel. Satele has only stalemated a featless Sith, stalemated Baras, and got trashed by Malgus (who Kolar is more skilled than). Nothing Satele has ever shown as a swordsmen compares to Kolar

Kay im done doing the whole sarcastic Kolar wank.

Nothing Kolar has done has been notable. He has good accolades but there are other people with great accolades but their showings don't match. Kolar is one such person who doesn't live up to the hype of his accolades. Sure a bunch of stuff says he is great but put him in one duel and he doesn't last a second (Literally)

No one Satele has beaten has done anything of note, and her force abilities cant close the gap to a martial arts machine like Kolar. She's been pressed by fighters who focus on offense, and while Kolar isnt as strong as Malgus, he is just as prone to offense as Malgus or Baras. Satele has no feats to suggest she can beat him in a duel

Here Force powers make up for the gap (if there is any at all) and then makes up for it ten time over again. Satele flicks her wrist and makes Kolar look like an amateur
