What are very best Batman Stories, it doesn't matter if Elseworld or the main Universe?

I really liked in no particular order or ranking

10 nights of the KG BEAST
Bind Justice
Year one
Year two
Cacophony
Dark knight returns
Hush
No man's land
the venom saga (when he becomes addicted to venom)
knight fall
and there is a couple more, but I don't remember the name of them

There was one where he is tracking a rapist murderer that was pretty good and the story of ratcatcher even if it was a single issue
