Very close fight I leaning toward the Proffesor not because I don't think MM isn't more powerful but I think Prof is slightly better at TP due to this being his specialty. IMO it would be similar to a Flash vs Superman even if they have identical speed Flash will win if they limit SM to just speed due to the tricks and techniques Flash picked up from just using his speed in myriad ways.
