There's really no way Kurse can win. Wraith is stronger, faster, etc, etc... And he can probably use his energy powers to give off the wavelength of iron or something crazy like that.

They're not all that different in strength. Both have been defeated by the hero by them using skill or versatility, I say it's very close.

Strength isn't all Wraith brings to the table though, and I believe he's stronger than Kurse.
