Galactus and Nova Corps versus Green Lantern Corps and Guardians of the Universe

Nekron and Blackhand gets a new army unless Galactus and the Nova group are immune to such things. Which I find pretty hard since the likes of Spectre became a black Lantern.

Galactus is the strongest individual force there. The Nova corps are well below the GLs.

And the Spectre is an aspect of God's Wrath, while the Phamtom Stranger is a being that can't die unless the Presence deems it so. Yet neither one had a response to the rings.

What is even worse, Nekron was only defeated by a plot device from the white light. Nekron himself is also an aspect in the Dc verse.
