Not sure. Dooku's pretty good, but I'm not sure he can take Kyle and Plo both.

Team Jedi win this one. First, unlike Kenobi, Bulq etc, they can defend against Dooku's Force powers, plus they can counter his lightning with their own.

Second their duelling skills are good enough to at least keep up with him. Plo in particular would be ideal as his fighting style focuses heavily on energy conservation. While Dooku's Makashi serves the same purpose the Count's stamina is ultimately lacking (he admits this in the ROTS novel).

Between them I'm confidant they can fend him off until fatigue finally catches up with him and then they cut him down.
