Neo and Kruger fight.

This is a split reality matrix/dream world that favors both parties abilities.

Neo has all his powers

Kruger has all his.

Who wins?

Freddy. He can alter reality at will in the dream world and is unkillable. The first Matrix implied Neo would be like that in the Matrix, but the sequels just turned him into Superman.

Neo, because if he has access to all of his powers he is fully aware. If he is fully aware there is no contest, at least given Krugers weaknesses to dream warriors in the past. Kruger would be nothing more than a simple anomaly, like a glitch in the system that the, Oracle spoke of.

And what powers does "fully-aware Neo" posses that can rival Freddy's reality manipulation? Freddy could transform people into bugs with a thought, he could remake the world into whatever he wanted. Neo's got nothing on that.

Also, Freddy killed the Dream Warriors, he wasn't vulnerable to them.

Its a split world, so Neo has all his powers just like Freddy.

Their powers are similar in the way that they can both manipulate the time and mass in their respective worlds. The difference between Neo and Freddy is that others have shown to be able to possess the powers of, Freddy once they fight through their fears and become aware of their surroundings.

With training some people have proven to be able to access similar abilities to Neo whilst in the matrix but no one has come close to his full potential. Although, Freddys' main vulnerability is being removed from the dream world, he has been killed while still in the dream world. Even if Neo can't just fly into Freddy and cause him to explode like he did the Smith in the first movie. I don't see any way that Freddy would be able to even make contact on, Neo, his manipulation of time and mass is just to great. Freddy on the other hand was beaten up by a novice martial artist.

Freddy rapes. Neo's best feats are Kryptonian-eqsue powers and TKing bullets. Freddy outright reality(dream) warps and transmutes people into paper, cockroaches, video games, etc as well as transmutes himself. Freddy's reality warping feats crush Neo's.

Neo's powers are nothing to Freddy, he can replicate them with ease. Remember when he transformed into Super Freddy? Those people, the Dream Warriors, were incapable of doing any sufficient damage to Freddy in his own realm. Even Jason, another supernatural opponent, couldn't do anything to Freddy that Freddy couldn't instantly reform from.

What's to stop Freddy from transforming Neo into a cockroach? Or to put him in a NES game? Or how about transforming into Trinity and mind-****ing Neo? Nothing. Freddy is God in the dream world.
