2. The goblins are without their gliders.

3. Standard equipment, other than gliders, provided for all combatants.

4. All fully rested and prepared for battle.

5. (Green Goblin: Norman, Hobgoblin: Kingsley)

6. Goblins provided with Adamantium coated armor, instead of usual armor.

7. Battle takes place in New York City, early morning, with abandoned cars scattered around.

8. Morals off completely.

9. Victory by death of all members of the other team.

10. Combatants start out about six yards apart.

Yes, but not right from the get-go. It is an ability that must be "activated". That being said, I believe the Gobby team is intelligent enough to counter such an ability. Maybe bombs would work?

You gave them prep.

Red just pumps out death spores all day and when they get there, they start dying immediately. And throwing a bomb doesn't mean suddenly OW won't use intangibility, which is as quick as a thought process.
