Earth based, so I would assume that all Aliens, Extradimensional, and or Divine/Celestial/Demonic beings aren't part of this.

Technically, though, PS is Earth based, as he's Judas, has an alter ego with a family, spends his time on Earth etc. Arguably one of the most influential humans ever, as Judas.

He was cursed to roam the Earth until his debt for the ultimate betrayal was paid. So in effect, he's a human with extreme powers given by the Presence.

I've always thought that was less a stat,net about their power and more about the roles they play.
