Force, sabers, all out

If we ignore his inconsistent showings in JA, Luke by this point sits a tier comfortably above both. His Force feats are already pretty ridiculous (ie, busting AT-ATs), and I'm inclined to believe that he wasn't necessarily far below the Emperor in his saber ability. I don't think having a completely untrained Leia doing battle meditation could catapult TCW Maul over DE Sidious when he was nothing against a weaker incarnation, even with the help of his brother. Yet, with that completely untrained Leia giving some battle meditation, Skywalker was able to defeat Palpatine. So unless we see Maul or Ventress racking up Skywalker's ridiculous feats compilation (which has already started by Dark Empire) or Leia is a freak prodigy at BM, this isn't a very close fight at all. He could kill both with casual ease.

Yeah Luke stomps. He probably rivals ROTS Sidious at this point (at his best at least), and if he doesn't then he's not far off.

TCW Maul can still give him a fight.

Your ABC logic is beyond comprehension

Windu > Dooku = Maul = Vader

Vader is above Dooku on what ? Telekinesis ? True, speed ? skill ? not even mention about force lightning. Post suit Vader is no where near fast as Maul or Dooku. The only trick of Vader is his monstrous TK, nothing more. That is why, even clone of TPM Maul kicked Vader's ass, and RotJ Luke kicked his ass, all because Vader lacks speed.

Barlow doesn't have any vast knowledge or authority to decide who is powerful or not. I asked him to Maul can deflect force lightning with his lightsaber or not, he said that he doesn't know. He can't even say this simple thing, yet we are going to listen him on this ?

Nevermind, Lucas already said Vader was like Count Dooku and Darth Maul. We don't need any source than that. EU writers can't decide full potential of that characters, they don't have the right. Lucas and Filoni have, and now Disney.

Who cares if he meets your personal standards of knowledge, he's still an official employee of the series, so his statements carry weight.

He did fight Sidious. He got stomped, but that doesn't take away that he did fight him.

Really? He fought him for 20 seconds because Sidious allowed it? So Sidious wanted a 20 second fight?

Even Fisto lasted a few seconds against Sidious. I hope you at least give Maul enough credit to put him above Fisto. Let alone a Rage enhanced Maul, who was fighting a Sidious aiming to disarm him, and not kill him.

If you think considering those facts that Maul only lasted 20 seconds because Sidious wanted a 20 second fight, then that's kind of a pointless as well as baseless assumption Imho.

Marco has a point here as well. The same quote did say Maul stands alongside them, while suggesting he's not as powerful.

Kenobi was not as powerful as either Sith Anakin or TCW Maul, yet he fights them both pretty evenly (and even defeats them) by "sheer force of will."

So don't just ignore that part of the quote, if you do insist on using it.
