Also dunno that some of these guys will fit his armor.

And yes they keep their own powers and attributes they just have to go through all the movies that Legolas went through

Well Spidey will definitely be a great asset. If they're allowed to bring their original weapons then Winter Soldier will be an even bigger asset with his guns. Unless they're just limited to using bows and swords
