Alright we can Nigh crawler with all of his abilities plus Spider-Man's strength, Taskmaster's Photographic Reflexes along with his fighting memory, & Luke Cage's durability. So added to his own powers he could have 4 level strength 7 level fighting skills 5 or 6 level durability. Can Nightcrawler win and and how tough would he be with these upgrades?

Depends entirely on the version of Karate Kid.

As soon as he sees KK move, he'll have his moves copied. Which will put him at a big disadvantage.

Only Luke Cage durability?

Any version of Val takes him out in one hit.

NC with TM's powers might be able to copy KK's movements, and duplicate his non superhuman abilities, but, he wont be channeling his chi to achieve KK's "hang with Superboy" level feats.
The same feats that make Spider strength and Cage durability not that much of a problem.
NC's own teleportation is effective, but i've seen Pre any upgrades Iron Fist get his timing down and hit him, so, he will go down to KK.

Nightcrawler would have agility and reflexes near that of Spider-Man with his strength teleportation plus the Taskmaster combined fight memory and Luke Cages durability

KK would still win. Faster, still more skilled (this Amalgalm would only ever be playing catchup) and stronger.
