Good God! I forgot just how retarded OP character designs are.

I don't know if she has the firepower pre-dragon force, but Franky is pure brute force *and* his best move is an air technique... which she can eat.

I think he can likely beat base-Wendy *unless* he uses coup, then she wins. DF Wendy wins.

Anyway, Franky's design started out silly, and I think that his is one of the skip designs that were a downgrade.
