Force sabers allout

Sabers- Luke wins with mid difficulty.

Force- Satele wrecks.

All out- They duel for a bit but ultimately Satele incapacitates Luke with the Force.

Now if this was Grandmaster Luke, I doubt Satele will last more than Kit Fisto did against Darth Sidious.

I fail to see how Sabers could go either way...

Because as a Knight in training she lost to Malgus therefore she's awful at sabers.

And you know there's the entire basis of Act 3 when Baras and Angral teamed up for the sole purpose of attaining Satele's potential for the Empire. If she sucked half as much as you say, she wouldn't have been a priority for either of them.
