Stomps ? I doubt. If he uses the force from beginning probably, but sabers would be a good challange due to his speed handicap and Ventress is pretty fast and quick.

Well he can ragdoll with with Tk, so even though she may prove to be somewhat of a challenge in Sabers, when you add Tk, he should stomp.

ILS
Vader by ANH, or in general, scarcely, if ever begins or ends fights by ragdolling his opponents. This fight isn't as simple as Vader stomps because a majority of the time he isn't going to opt for a telekinetic victory, and in a dueling scenario Ventress would at the very least give this version of Vader a good fight if not outright beat him.

Emperordmb
Mind you that Pre ANH Vader matched Starkiller in combat. Yeah, even by this point he is solidly Ventress's superior.

Dionysus
She can hold her own for a bit.

Emperordmb
Vader is still the clear superior though.

Dionysus
In the Force, yeah. The gap between their sabers skills isn't very wide, though. She'll hold her own before his TK comes into play.

Ventress is more skilled than this version of Vader. You only need to look at his fight with a clone of TPM Maul to realize this.

And yet had trouble putting down old Kenobi...

Marco1907
Kenobi is very good against kinetic and physical powerhouses though. Still Starkiller's story was stupid as well as possesses so many game mechanics so I am not going to touch that non-canon game.

Vader is inconsistent like hell as well. He had troubles against the Jedi like Roan Shryne, Chona Bene, Kai Hudorra, Sha Koon, Dark Woman in a one-on-one duel, and none of them is at high league nor jedi council level opponents. Then you can see that he is one-shotting some unknown jedi just that ease, or fighting against multiple jedi knights and survives. New canon needs to be consistent about Vader's power.

The problem about Vader is not his skills, his mobility and agility, all of his battles showed me one thing, when he had trouble with someone, that only because of speed disparity. And here as well, even by RotJ, Vader failed to keep up with RotJ Luke, who is not faster than the likes of Asajj Ventress. Yeah, in normal circumstances, Vader shouldn't able to defeat Ventress by sabers, he needs to use the force.

For preventing Vader's force superiority, one can attack him immediatly and can stop him to use the force, because using the force is also requires concentration and it is not the always the answer in battles, there will be always distractions and thus saber fight is the most important thing here, or it should be. Vader may fail to use his force superiority against very fast opponents, because you need to tag your rival first before the concentration of the force, or your rival can dodge from your force attacks via using superior speed, I think this is why some inferior opponents can be a problem for Vader in one-on-one duels.

Vader's biggest advantage his armor. That saved him like thousand times.
