Tenebrous is too fast or powerful for Kun's skill to make a difference, the same can be said for Maul, Dooku, or any guy that tried to fight him. He'd likely just overwhelm them

TPM Maul runs faster than Ventress, Fisto etc. yet his combat speed was not superior to them.

Or Dooku, he is not like a runner type yet his combat speed is very impressive. And biggest example here is Vader, he is running like shit, yet his reflexes and his skill to make him a formidable duelist.

Anyway, running that which mobility is also important in combat but you were saying that Tenebrous can utilize combat speed like Sidious does, we can't say he can use his saber just like Sidious because he is running fast like hell. Of course he should be faster than Maul or Dooku, but Sidious was exceptional and Plagueis as well, we don't have enough feat and info about Tenebrous to put him on their level. Maul, Dooku and Vader should at least give him a good fight in one-on-one imo.

Exactly. Vader probably can't run nearly as fast as say, Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan did in TPM but he's still faster than them in terms of combat speed and a better duelist overall.

Plagueis turned Venamis duel into training exercise when he wanted to. Then Venamis accepted Plagueis superiority and called him ''master'' , Plagueis probably is not fast as peak Sidious, but he has other tools to compansate.
