Bane as of Dynasty of Evil

Bane smashes the old man's head in.

Dooku in a good fight.

The real canon Bane is just a weakly Force spirit who Yoda sent away with ease whereas Dooku was able to strain Yoda with his Force Lightning.

Orbalisk Bane definitely wins, DoE Bane is more interesting.
