in a forum situation i think it's been said that destruction of body=ko. neither morg nor terrax have any obvious tech for him to dl into instantly so if they wrecked his body it should be a ko imo.

Yah. It's just that Abhi has shown scans of him regenerating when there was no tech around (he still had his body and regrew his arm).
