Everyone hates AOTC Kenobi

Dooku's comments would suggest Kenobi wasn't even at Qui-Gon's level yet by AOTC.

Though I do find that hard to believe considering Qui-Gon wasn't exactly miles ahead of Kenobi in TPM (though he definitely was his solid superior).

So if I were to guess I'd say AOTC Kenobi was approx around TPM Qui-Gon's level I.e. still below any Maul who is approaching TPM time.

To be entirely honest, Qui-Gon would solidly down AotC Kenobi--He was, at best, low-council level.
