Katarn energy shield provide a protection against light saber. If more charge than 25%
So I'm siding wth Katarn, for equipement purpose.
The energy is much more of a Game Mechanic - uh, meaning, it's only used in the game and for gaming purposes. A lot of forums don't take the energy shields into consideration because of this. I hope that cleared that up.
