(To make at fair, Yoda has just as much experience as he did in ROTS)

Should be a fairly even battle, but Palpatine because he doesn't have morals.

Sidious with even less difficulty due to his godlike force abilities, sabers they might still be close (might)

I don't think there is any difference between RotS and DE Sidious apart from having essence transfer and Force storm both of which are irrelevant to combat.

Younger Yoda definitely will have better endurance. Whether it will be enough to defeat Sidious, who knows.
