Can BB affect an intangible Vision with his scream? Will sound waves do anything to him in that state? Couldnt he just shut down his hearing to boot?
There's a lot to consider here, i think.

BB's powers aren't sonic, they are electron manipulation. As long as the Vision has those, he'd be affected.

I guess. *shrug*

Vision post AoU would give BB a good fight, his speed has been greatly enhanced. (Both travel and computing)
