No, Anakin's full-potential is him essentially replacing the Father on Mortis. He stomps. Plagueis if he mastered Midichlorian Manipulation would have been really broken. He would have been capable of making himself more and more stronger by creating new Midichlorians and without needing an external source. Also what do you mean his 3 elephants?

Emperor Vitiate, in his hypothetical ultimate incarnation, is essentially invincible, with powers so great that he can manipulate space matter at will and reshape galaxies by himself. He will shit on anybody.

Anakin's destiny is to bring balance to the Force. As the force would be vastly out of balance if Vitiate launched such an energy wave, he would probably gain sufficient plot armor to deal with it.

Vitiate will not be an individual anymore. He'll be semi-omnpresent, it would almost be like fighting the galaxy or the force itself.

I'm not wanking Vitiate. His regular incarnation has nothing to do with this nor does it prove his superiority over someone else but this is a guy who is supposed to consume the galaxy like Nihilus but unlike him, he can absorb energy and possess the energy/force the entire galaxy contains. You can have 10 Fathers of Mortis, it's not even a contest.
