Alice. She can yoink powers beyond Mimic.

Depends on what limits you, the OP, place on BA.

She could yank powers off 5D imps/the Spectre, even if they aren't present on the battlefield.

my question is can Mimic copy the ability to temporarily borrow the magical powers ?
