which location houses the most formidable beings? If these 2 universes were to throw down, which one seems more powerful?

Anti-monitor would eat the N-zone. literally.

Lesse, aside from the Anti-Monitor, the Anti-matter universe has the Qwardians, and the CSA.

Negative Zone has the Annihilation Wave, including Ravenous and the Seekers (herald equivalents), and the Centurions, a hundred supers from the Negative Zone.

Basically, Anti-Monitor wins it for that team, but aside from that the Negative Zone has significantly larger forces.

kinda strange how the negative zone has no abstract level characters from it

The Void up until recently generally resided in the Negative Zone but I don't think that counts anymore since he is in the White Hot Room.

Don't forget the Imp. Forgot that an alternate Mxy resides in the Antimatter Universe.
