Team 1, Asajj or Kenobi could hold off Maul until Adi and the other one take out Savage.

But yeah, team one. Kenobi and Maul should be a good enough fight, and while I do believe Savage could take Ventress for a slight majority, Ventress and Gallia solidly best him together.
