We never saw Ra's use anything but a sword.

I want to say he has some deadly hth insta-kill type movies, and he probably does, but we have no proof. Bane wins till we see more.

Ra's completely dominated Oliver... and I consider Oliver a way better fighter than Bane. After all, who has Bane defeated? An old out of shape Batman.

Defeating Oliver Queen in his prime is a lot more impressive than defeating an out-of-shape Batman.

So yeah, Ra's for the win.

Actually he started H2H and beat Oliver down and took his swords. So we know he can go H2H.
