I could see Batman winning if he had Longshot's luck, but alas, he is just a very smart fictional peak human. With PIS taken out of the equation, I don't see how he wins this.

Also I have a feeling the OP is talking about the tv show versions. The five mentioned above is not the original team. Sure is my favorite though.

Batman beat Kid Flash, Speedy, Wonder Girl, Robin and Aqualad

Batman easy, he is the teacher they are but the students, he could easily take Robin, Cyborg and Beast Boy, Raven and Starfire would take some doing but their lack of discipline and experience still gives him the edge, the one who would probably have the best chance against Batman is Robin because he'd have an idea of how bruce thinks
