Vader could likely kill her with one rocket punch, and even if he misses then the AOE would likely kill her or at the very least horribly maim her.

Even then vader could deploy two rocket punches at a time, or he could fire one then retract it while firing the other. Thus he could machine gun rocket punch her to death or exhaustion.

I think that Vader is a bit overated here as a swordsman. And I consider Bulq as superior to top Councilors like Ti and Koon. It might be a really good fight.

Bulq is a Female Weequay thats why Mace didnt teleport to kill her
