The aforementioned Reiji is from a visual novel called Fortissimo Akkord Bsusvier. This is him from prior to the final battle.
As such, if one reads the VN, they'd find him being able to react (albeit a little slowly) to a guy that can move at literally the speed of light and is capable of tanking hits from him (said hits can pulverize the ground like nothing, roughly class GJ if I had to use an OBD term here) and is just as physically strong as the guy if not a little stronger. He also has a healing factor, but it's kind of slow (takes him hours to heal, but it's pretty potent though).
He is also skilled in martial arts and has an ability called Da Capo, which lets him revert objects to a previous state within a 24 hour time frame, meaning he can pretty much undo any damage to anyone/thing and he has a lot of mana to do it too. He also has a form of precognition that let's him see a few seconds ahead (it's an active skill though, not a passive one) and he also has another move called Da Capo Enhalt that fixes his own existence to a previous point in time and as long as he 'holds' this 'anchor,' he takes no damage.
He does have an ultimate skill called Fenris Wolf that's essentially an energy blast capable of blowing up the planet, but it takes quite some time to charge.
As for the FT guild, this is them at their current level of power/skill in the manga.
Fight takes place in a deserted Magnolia town.
