This is a pretty good battle though, Marvel's Neptune is quite impressive.

Yes. He owned Set and caused him great pain while Set was in his own home dimension (Spectacular SM Annual #9):

Set himself is no joke. He's gone against Atum who was stomping several hell lords in their own domain when they merged it in a Thor Annual. As well as easily tanking attacks from an Avengers team. He also created a dimension of his own, albeit a small one very likely.

Apart from that, he's also imprisoned the Wild one (estabished multiple times)
