then we have off panel feats for Matrix Merlyn such as putting the life force of all the universes in the multiverse/omniverse in tiny crystals for the celestial nullifier to function and establishing the Otherworld dimension.

Even if we go by Word's implied power, it isn't enough to beat Matrix Merlyn.

So, he's Multiversal plus, then. Or Ominiversal. Would you say he's beyond even HOM Wanda?

Of course. Given that the part of his power which was residing in the materioptikon was able to create infinite universes, he's multiversal and more. His power also managed to warp creation from beginning till the end of time

Well the fact it took Tefe approximating the sound of The Voice to be a threat to The Word himself is huge. Merlyn can not do that. He is beyond the multiverse and only takes action against someone who threatens The Voice. Merlyn would be just another story written in Destiny's book.
