The Punisher

No guns..
Fight takes place in a bar..
Hand2Hand only..

All three at once?
Punisher would get hurt, as a bar has makeshift weapons galore, and both he and most likely the Joker, would make use of these.
But, hurt or not, he winds up fighting Joker one on one and getting the win.

Id agree with that, Punisher is definately the best fighter of the lot here, and the phyiscally superior of them as well.

H2H with the Joker is risky.

In example he's got poison in his fingernails and stuff like that.

He also has a pain-treshold that rivals the Punisher's.

The other two seem inconsequential.

Exactly.
Its going to come down to Punisher and Joker, and Punisher's going to get hurt.
But he'll win. He's every bit the killer Joker is.

Indeed.

Punisher's too skilled for these guys.

Not to mention that Joker has quite a few appearances where he's absolutely terrible at fighting together with those high feats. Punisher's consistency is that much greater.

Penguin has some mma skills if I remember
