Which Samurai? Which Ock? What equipment they get? Their toys change a lot.

Anyway, assuming you mean Classic versions, it'd be a nice fight. Could really go either way. Harada has good enough reflexes to slice through at least a few tentacles coming at him. He also was known for having ranged options himself, such as shurikens, knives, swords... all of which he could charge w/ tachyon field prior to throwing at the target, Gambit-style. Unless Octavius is armored (carbonadium tank), it could mean trouble for him.

Im worried about ocks durability. I mean he can dish out some hard hits but he can't take so much i say 60% odds favorin ss. Those tentacles could spell trouble tho good match.
