We'll see after the War of Eternia, or a little further in. My bets are on Adam, but Ares isn't a push over.

Is the DCNu version the one in the Crossover with mainstream DC? The one going toe to toe with Superman?

Let's wait until the War of Eternia heats up a bit. Ares over the past 7 or so years has only had a bad showing against the Green Scar, but he bullied A-Bomb, and had a decent showing against Hercules. His ferocity, and battle skill would probably be able to give Adam a decent fight, but then again we have to see how He-Man does in his current story.

Yeah, it was revealed that the He-Manverse was in the middle of DC's Multiverse. Did you read it?

Do remember, that wasn't actually Superman, badass as the feat was.

DCnU He-Man lacks a signature feat to put him over the top here. But if he's anything last past incarnations of Adam, he wins solidly.
