Stark and Banner would be at the top imo. Banner probably edges him.

Khan should be the smartest, being an Augment

Spock probably second, since Vulcans (which Spock falls under even though he's half) are notoriously known for their logic and computation skills

Khan designed war-class starship, and while the majority of the technology was already there, he seemingly improved upon it, eg firing weapons while at warp

Oh yes, especially Spock. Call that kid's mother a whore and he flies into the green-rage (not red, cos Vulcans have green blood)

All of these characters have genius intellect, but in different areas of science. How do we gauge who goes where on the list?

Tony Stark is an engineering/physics genius, while Banner is a physics/bio-geneticist genius. How do we place them?

The Vengeance, obviously. But Khan didn't really invent anything new, he took existing technology and improved on it. Similar in how Tony took existing technology (ie the arc reactor) and improved on it.

But I would argue that improving on things like FTL and (possibly) transporter technology are greater than what Tony has accomplished with the IM suit.

Khan could win this IMO
