That's the New 52 Caitlin and all I've seen of her is her fights with Superboy. The first time he knocked her out by tking parts of her apartment at her - being beaten by debris, however fast he might have been able to hurl it over a short distance, seemed a poor showing of durability on her part. Second time round they slugged it out until he tied her down temporarily in more bits of building. After that, they teamed up and she didn't seem any the worse for the fighting. Not really much to go on at all - looks very formidable, super strong but durability possibly not that great. Tempted to say on that meagre evidence, Frenzy could put her down. Anyone have more of New52 Caitlin?

Gen 13 Caitlin is a different prospect altogether, a Class 100 superwoman who'd stomp a bewildered Frenzy.

So depends which Caitlin and what the new version's levels are actually supposed to be.

There were two different versions in Gen13 too since it got a full reboot during Worldstorm.
