Since I consider Zallow as someone below Kit Fisto, and Aryn is about Zallow's equal at best, then I have to say - Opress.
He held his own against Anakin and Obi-Wan, was able to disarm Count Dooku and Obi-Wan (even if they were in disadvantage). And he fought Ventress equally.
