Hulk starts fight out as current Hulk, Doc Green.

During the fight hulk can go up in power levels that he has been in his comic book history during the fight in order of power levels, weakest to strongest..

(Note) Hulk power level starts at Doc.Green current level.. Nothing below that level.

Can Supes beat Hulk before Hulk gets to powerful for him?

This sounds like the opposite of Hulk unlimited.

Sounds like the Hulk without the speculation of his rabid fans.

Which is basically like...Hercules?

Hulk still loses. He can't even win a majority in a fist cuff match against Supes, so how does he stands a chance against Supes using all of his powers. Surprised he has defeated people like Hyperion and Gladiator.

Sure Superman can beat him. Equally strong, while Superman is a lot faster, also Superman has the better invulnerability and other powers but it will be a fight, because of Hulks HF. Still Superman 8-9/10.
