On panel, CK did more. In terms of hype, Jaspers is king.

Implied power aside, CK obviously displayed a greater scope of power then Jaspers(multiversal compared to universal.) However, I believe Jaspers has a far greater depth of power within his warp--he is, for all intents and purposes, God there(not unlike 'The Matrix's' Trainman when he is inside the Train Station.)
