Quire's got the potential, but Black's got the feats.

Telepathy only might be a fight, but with TK involved it's a stomp for Black.

Yeah. He was in Axis and shielded them from Red Skull's telepathy for several hours on end.

He's got some other stuff as well, doing Wolverine in with telepathy at least twice and so on.
