Ti's Force prowess depends on how much stock you put into her Kinetite.

Her Force Augmentation however could hand her victory in that greater speed, stamina, and strength feats can't hurt.

I'd go with Satele. She's probably the second strongest Jedi in the galaxy, has a ton of experience, a ton of force powers, and so on.
