split or slight edge to Moon Knight

current mk is basically human, correct? with access to some mystical goodies if needed? i'm not really familiar with current arrow. if this were pre flashpoint, i'd take the archer. i've been meaning to check out queen's nu book, but haven't gotten there yet. has the nu arrow done anything of special note?

Not really. Nothing that comic book human heroes haven't done.

I go with Moon.

He got shot in the head and still lived. He went up against an android that was ripping up loading docks and KO'd grizzly bears.

Yes. He also got rid of his adamantium and carbonadium armors and anti-metal weapons for some odd reason.

Recently he's been doing some pretty high level bullet time feats which would make this fight very interesting

This would be good. Don't read new Arrow but I'd favor him in his older incarnation.
