Never read Secret Six, but from the way that joker looks I say Frank shows him what it means to change the world one mobster at a time.

Carman finally came into his own during secret six. Did decently well against Batman in HTH battle. Secret six was a great series. Highly recommend it.

Both characters has good damage soak and skilled fighters. I'd say split.
