Damien wins this, he's bascially BW on Steriods. Bruce started training when he was somewhere between 8-12 yrs old. Damien started training from 1 yrs old, add the fact unlike Bruce he's wouldn't care if he crippled you or killed you to get the job done.

If you train a prepubescent child, you can deal irreversible musculature damage.

Damian has already shown to take down Drake and dodge Deathstroke. When he was an adult, he one-shoted Flamingo.
