Lex and Cyborg is pretty close, but Lex is overall smarter.

Cyborg/Panther vs Cold/DS

Cold could freeze Panther/Cyborg solid. Cyborg can break out (environmental suit adaptations) but I can see DS impaling him.

Thus, Team 2 for me. Slightly.

Team two.

batman is a tactical genius so I think he'd try to pair off accordingly:

Cyborg > Lex - with no prep Lex would lose here, Cyborg has the advantage with tech

Batman > Cap Cold, Batman has lots of experience against cold themed villains and Snart is a joke compared to Mr freeze

DeathStroke > Panther, however BP would take Stroke to the limit, it would be a good fight and once Bats dealt with Cold he'd join in to help beat Slade.

Spidey > Manta, Spidey is too strong and too fast, plus Spidey sense, he wrecks, can help clean up after he wins his fight

so by the end of it, Lex and Deathstroke would be left standing (if at all) against all 4 members of team 1

enhanced strength and durability from his suit makes Mr Freeze a greater threat that Cap Cold
